Shop review - The nose offers regal yeast and richness, while the palate has complexity to prop up apple, citrus and grapefruit flavors. Solid from front to back, with health and freshness.
My Review - The Dibon Cava was bubbly and effervescent. The sparkling wine smelled almost like Chardonnay. The wine has dry and crisp. It reminded me of Champagne and had light almost fruity taste.
I tasted this on its own with no food.
